As for 3D printing, we have the capability to mass produce 3D printed pieces in various types of materials. Metal 3D printing is also a cool option but often expensive so it is usually reserved for high precision parts for industries that need high accuracy such as aerospace. Other material types include acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polylactic Acid (PLA), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyethylene coTrimethylene Terephthalate (PETT), nylon, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), sandstone, wood, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), carbon fiber and many more. Some of the metal filaments that can be used for 3D printing are aluminum, steel, brass, copper, bronze, sterling silver, gold, platinum and many others. Each material type has its own properties and cost. The mechanical properties of each material is something we can discuss about before agreeing on using it for your project.
mechanical partsWe will take your idea for your mechanial system to design it on our 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Catia, or Siemens NX. After the design is done, we will show it to you for confirmation. If you are satisfied with it, we proceed to get it manufactured according to your budget. Keep in mind, we have an electrical department as well if you have an electrical aspect to your mechanical design. We will stand with you until the last step so that we can assure complete customer satisfaction. There’s a different manufacturing method for each type of application. If the volume is small, then 3D printing could be a good option but if high volume is demanded, we might suggest a fast paced industrial operation. We will plan according to your budget.
